“Woolf University” refers to our academic partner and a licensed higher education institution recognized under European Standards.
“You” / “Student” / “Participant” refers to the user or enrolled candidate on this website.
“Program” refers to the 1-Year MBA in Digital Marketing and Business Leadership.
Admission is subject to meeting our eligibility criteria and successful evaluation through the application, test, and interview process.
Final admission decisions rest with Digital Scholar and Woolf University.
All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:
Application fees
Registration fees
Program tuition
Assessment fees
Once a student confirms enrollment and pays any portion of the fee, they agree to abide by this no-refund policy.
All disputes, including those concerning admission, fee, certification, or services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
All content, curriculum materials, branding, videos, lecture recordings, and designs on www.digitalscholar.in are owned by Digital Scholar and/or Woolf University and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You must not:
Republish or redistribute material
Sell or license any program content
Duplicate, reproduce, or exploit materials for commercial purposes
The 1-Year MBA in Digital Marketing is a globally recognized, ECTS-accredited program offered via Woolf University, which is a licensed higher education institution recognized in 50+ countries.
This program is not UGC-approved under Indian regulations but is valid for global academic and professional advancement.
By enrolling, you agree to:
Attend all live sessions and submit assessments on time
Maintain academic integrity
Respect faculty, peers, and staff
Avoid plagiarism or misuse of course materials
Violation of any of the above may result in suspension or termination from the program.
Digital Scholar and Woolf University will not be liable for:
Any job placement guarantees or salary outcomes
Delay or disruption in services due to technical or third-party issues
Actions of external hiring partners or internship providers

All sales are final, and Digital Scholar Pvt Ltd does not provide refunds for any products or services purchased through our website or in-person.
We reserve the sole right to promote and distribute content associated with the courses we offer. Promotion of the same by our affiliates is strictly prohibited. No affiliate member should involve themselves in promotion of the product of any kind, including (but not limited to) mass email blasts to bring in more sales.
Nobody (except the course curators and team members) is allowed to change the name of the product under any circumstances. The product should be shared and sold only under the original name and context. Product alteration of any kind is prohibited.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at the sole discretion of our team. The team’s decision is final and binding in this regard. In the event of rejections, the concerned applicant will not have any authority to raise any appeal against the team’s decision.
Usage of any misleading (or) irrelevant hyperlinks to share the products is strongly discouraged. The unique links given to the affiliate partners are the only links considered valid under the agreement.
The terms of the agreement will be enforced from the time of partnership approval and induction into the affiliate program. These terms are binding and should be strictly adhered to throughout the partnership period. The Management reserves the right to modify these terms in any capacity, as it deems fit. Violation of these terms by any member will be penalized according to the Management’s discretion. Affiliate members cannot claim or appeal to change these terms in any capacity.
By entering into our Affiliate program, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions (and future amendments to the terms) mentioned above, and stating that you can be held liable for your actions under this agreement.
