Welcome to www.digitalscholar.in. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Digital Scholar’s website and its affiliated programs, including the 1-Year MBA in Digital Marketing offered in collaboration with Woolf University.

By accessing this website or enrolling in any of our programs, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use www.digitalscholar.in or any related services if you do not agree with all the terms and conditions stated on this page.


1. Definitions

  • “Digital Scholar” / “We” / “Our” / “Us” refers to the organization providing digital marketing education and training services.

  • “Woolf University” refers to our academic partner and a licensed higher education institution recognized under European Standards.

  • “You” / “Student” / “Participant” refers to the user or enrolled candidate on this website.

  • “Program” refers to the 1-Year MBA in Digital Marketing and Business Leadership.


2. Program Eligibility and Enrollment

  • Admission is subject to meeting our eligibility criteria and successful evaluation through the application, test, and interview process.

  • Final admission decisions rest with Digital Scholar and Woolf University.


3. Refund Policy

All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Application fees

  • Registration fees

  • Program tuition

  • Assessment fees

Once a student confirms enrollment and pays any portion of the fee, they agree to abide by this no-refund policy.


4. Jurisdiction

All disputes, including those concerning admission, fee, certification, or services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.


5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, curriculum materials, branding, videos, lecture recordings, and designs on www.digitalscholar.in are owned by Digital Scholar and/or Woolf University and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You must not:

  • Republish or redistribute material

  • Sell or license any program content

  • Duplicate, reproduce, or exploit materials for commercial purposes


6. Certification and Accreditation

The 1-Year MBA in Digital Marketing is a globally recognized, ECTS-accredited program offered via Woolf University, which is a licensed higher education institution recognized in 50+ countries.
This program is not UGC-approved under Indian regulations but is valid for global academic and professional advancement.


7. Code of Conduct

By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Attend all live sessions and submit assessments on time

  • Maintain academic integrity

  • Respect faculty, peers, and staff

  • Avoid plagiarism or misuse of course materials

Violation of any of the above may result in suspension or termination from the program.


8. Limitation of Liability

Digital Scholar and Woolf University will not be liable for:

  • Any job placement guarantees or salary outcomes

  • Delay or disruption in services due to technical or third-party issues

  • Actions of external hiring partners or internship providers

Our commitment is to deliver education and training to the best of our ability as per the agreed curriculum.


9. Use of Cookies

10. Hyperlinking Policy

Educational institutions, search engines, government agencies, and certain accredited partners may link to our homepage without prior approval, provided the link:

1. No Refunds:

All sales are final, and Digital Scholar Pvt Ltd does not provide refunds for any products or services purchased through our website or in-person.

Affiliate Program - Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion of the product

We reserve the sole right to promote and distribute content associated with the courses we offer. Promotion of the same by our affiliates is strictly prohibited. No affiliate member should involve themselves in promotion of the product of any kind, including (but not limited to) mass email blasts to bring in more sales. 

  1. Change of the product name

Nobody (except the course curators and team members) is allowed to change the name of the product under any circumstances. The product should be shared and sold only under the original name and context. Product alteration of any kind is prohibited.

  1. Approval or Rejection of the application

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at the sole discretion of our team. The team’s decision is final and binding in this regard. In the event of rejections, the concerned applicant will not have any authority to raise any appeal against the team’s decision. 

  1. Affiliate links

Usage of any misleading (or) irrelevant hyperlinks to share the products is strongly discouraged. The unique links given to the affiliate partners are the only links considered valid under the agreement.

  1. Terms of the agreement

The terms of the agreement will be enforced from the time of partnership approval and induction into the affiliate program. These terms are binding and should be strictly adhered to throughout the partnership period. The Management reserves the right to modify these terms in any capacity, as it deems fit. Violation of these terms by any member will be penalized according to the Management’s discretion. Affiliate members cannot claim or appeal to change these terms in any capacity. 

  1. Payouts will be done once a months from 4th to 7th september according to your choice of payment mode ( bank transfer, wallets ( paytm, gpay, phonepe, paypal )
  1. No self-affiliation possible (you can sell the course to yourself), system will detect and you won’t get the commission and also lose all the sales.
  1. If your commissions crosses 10,000/- INR overtime, 5% TDS will be cut as government policies ( we will then require your pancard ). Less than 10k does not require your pancard and neither 5% TDS can be cut.
  1. There is a Minimum payout of about Rs.500 and no upper limit, which means you can sell as much as possible, and we will roll out the commissions on the 4th to 7th of every Month!
  1. You cannot run ads to promote the products, that’s strictly against the rules, it will lead to ban of your affiliate account.
  1. You cannot create cashback offers for people who buy from you.
  1. Decision of the Management is final in case of violation of any of the above rules.

By entering into our Affiliate program, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions (and future amendments to the terms) mentioned above, and stating that you can be held liable for your actions under this agreement.
