What is Initiate (DMI) Principle in Digital Marketing?

The initiate principle of digital marketing states that the consumer is the starting point and the endpoint of all digital actions. The standard response to all queries would be “Let the consumer decide”. The initiate principle is part of DMI‘s 3i principle. The other two are iterate and integrate.
