We partnered with celebrities and used a mix of different digital marketing strategies to help Casagrand fulfil its objectives.
Understanding target audience: We targeted people within 20 km of Mogappair. We targeted and reached out to their middle-class audience who can buy apartments in that range.
Partnered with Madhavan: We partnered with Madhavan for video content to put Casa’s message in the front due to the actor’s influence and an active audience.
Facebook ads: A different Facebook page for each project to ensure better delivery of ads reduced the CPL.
Generic campaigns: Generic campaigns were used with real-time updates of the apartment’s availability to create a sense of urgency.
